1 开发背景
目前, 用于核电站封闭结构建设的钢筋焊接口主要使用的钢筋焊接含有铁成分的套管焊口(以下简称Cadweld)和冷焊滚丝平衡螺纹焊口(以下平衡螺纹焊口)。Cadweld的材料大部分在国外加工,也需要特殊的设备和专业技术人员因此经济效益和施工性较低。且,平衡螺纹焊口虽然施工性比Cadweld优秀,但平衡螺纹焊口结缔结构因结缔方向的反抗力集中在一个地方,因此钢筋螺栓和焊口螺母之间发生间隔,性能测试时会出现早期的Slip缺陷。这种方式不适合于重视安全的核电封闭结构的抗震设计和施工,为解决这些问题我公司开发了结缔能力及抗震性能优秀的滚丝横断面螺纹钢筋焊接口。
